MOU between Mirpur Press Club and IDC Lab

President of Kashmir Press Club Mirpur, Syed Abid Hussain Shah’s efforts have led to the signing of an MoU between the Press Club and the renowned IDC Lab. Under this agreement, Press Club members will receive a 30% discount on all tests, while in the event of an accident, IDC will provide medical coverage of up to Rs. 500,000.

The MoU was signed by Syed Abid Hussain Shah, President of Kashmir Press Club, and Imran Ali Mirza, Operational Manager of IDC Azad Kashmir, during a ceremony held at the Kashmir Press Club. The event was attended by Raja Sohrab Khan, Club officials Rana Shabbir Rajoorvi, Adnan Jabbar Mughal, Raja Khalil Yousaf, Chairman of Kashmir Committee Zafar Mughal, and other Press Club members.

Imran Ali Mirza explained that according to the agreement, members and their families will receive a 30% discount on all tests. Additionally, any member undergoing a test will be registered with IDC through a mobile app. IDC, in collaboration with an insurance company, will launch a road safety campaign for registered members. In the unfortunate event of an accident, registered individuals will have access to treatment at 400 hospitals nationwide, with expenses covered up to Rs. 500,000.

He also highlighted that IDC Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. On this occasion, the Club President, General Secretary, and other journalists expressed their gratitude to IDC for their support.
