Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open to non-Chinese citizens
- Age Limits:

- Master’s: Under 35 years
- PHD: Under 40 years
- Academic Requiremts:
- Bachelor degree applicants: High school diploma with excellent grades
- Master degree applicants: Bachelor degree with strong record
- PhD applicants: Master’s degree with outstanding performance
- Health: Must be in good condition
- Language proficiency:
- Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 4 (For Master’s/PhD)
- Additional Rule: Recipients cannot hold other Chinese government scholarships simultaneosly
