The Erasmus Mundus Meta4.0 scholarship in Europe 2025 is a two-year program offered by six universities in Germany, Italy, Slovenia, France, and Norway. This Erasmus Mundus Scholarship program is designed to prepare students for the challenges of Manufacturing 4.0. The new generation of students will be taught about Digital Manufacturing, Clean Manufacturing, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Smart Manufacturing. Graduates of this fully funded scholarship program will become manufacturing professionals of the future.To fill the gaps, they can enhance the industry’s current skills while working globally. Through the innovative integration of labs, internships, and theoretical and applied courses, Meta4.0 scholarship for international students fosters an interdisciplinary atmosphere.
During the first year of the meta4.0 scholarship program for master’s students, graduates will develop a strong foundation to address the fundamentals of manufacturing technologies in France, followed by materials science and engineering in Italy. During the second year, students will have the option to study in Norway, Slovenia, France, or Germany and choose between four specializations offered by the universities.

- A lump sum of 1400 €/month for 2 years will be given to cover the cost of living in different countries, traveling expenses, and accommodation costs.
Eligibility Criteria for Erasmus Mundus meta 4.0 Scholarship in Europe:
Applicants applying:
- Can be in their last year of Bachelor’s program but should graduate before 31st July, 2025.
- Must have at least Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or potentially Mechatronics.
- Should check the list of eligible countries.
- Should have proficiency in English (B2 level).
Requirements for Erasmus Mundus meta 4.0 Scholarship:

- Passport size photographs.
- Copies of degree or diploma certificates.
- Academic transcripts.
- A copy of a passport with identification information on it.
- English language proficiency can be demonstrated with an IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC certificate.
